Chemical Engineering at UQ
Welcome to the Division of Chemical Engineering. This
Division prides itself on its identity as a national leader in the
chemical engineering field and has an excellent international
reputation, which it actively seeks to retain and extend. Established in
1964 the Division is currently housed in an award winning, purpose
designed building served by workshops, laboratories and a simulated
chemical plant working area. Our mission is to provide a cohesive
learning environment enabling quality education, leadership in research,
development and consulting in support of the process industries.
