Luke (the guy in the photo with his eyes closed!) visited with CBE for a period of 3 months in mid 2005, as part of his diploma studies in Biotechnology at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore.
His project successfully developed expression systems to increase the solubility of viral coat proteins in E. coli.
